Pantaloon Retail India Ltd which added retail space at snail’s pace in 2007 due to skyrocketing realty prices is still talking high like any other retailer in India. eZone and Electronics Bazaar – are the lifestyle and value segment consumer durables and electronics stores from Future group.
eZone is currently the number two retailer in its category behind Next retail. Currently there are 26 eZone stores and they would like to take the count to 100 within the next 24 months. The store count of Electronics Bazaar is planned to cross 200 by 2010. The company plans to invest $100 to $120 million in this expansion.

Their private labels – Koryo and Sensei have received fantastic response from consumers. 15% of their revenues come from these private labels and are backed by after sales service network at 52 centers across 45 cities.
I placed an order for Apple iphone 5 – with order number 543874 on 19th nov 2012 and requested for cancellation of the order the next day ( 20th nov ) .On 21st nov 2012 they send me an email saying they have cancelled the order and will refund the money in 7- 10 days. But instead of refund taking place, we recieve the iphone 5 on 5th December 2012. Since then we have been trying to email, phone and contact ezone in all possible way to make arrangements for taking back the phone and cancelling the order and complete the refund process as soon as possible but they are no way responding or recieving calls or replying to our emails. We will soon be charged interest on our credit card for the same for no fault of ours and pathetic customer service of ezone. Kindly take some immediate action or we will have no option but to go to consumer court and take drastic steps for compensation.
