The first Kaya Life center will be opened in Mumbai this month and 7 more will be established by March-08, mostly in Tier-I cities. The company’s strategy is to have presence in all Tier-I and II cities within the next 3 years and have at least 60 centers. Each center is expected to be around 2,000 sft in size and would have a headcount of 18 employees.
Mr Rakesh Pandey, CEO of Kaya Skin Care said,
Our target customers would be in the range of 20 and 45 years of age. For every customer, a team of four people consisting of dietitian, physical trainer and others would be assigned.
Kaya Life estimates that 40% of Indian Urbanites are overweight 🙂
